Dear colleagues,
please find annexed the last kind message of Dr D.Gould, from Intas finance Office. The last still open question was the Moscow payment which, due to the well known reasons, suffered a little bit more than the other Partners. As you can see, and after a very important day (today, 11.1.2000, full of several and positive contributions of many of us), Intas finally is willing to pay for the Moscow lab. the full requested amount of 11,347.82 Euro. This takes into account the various $/Euro ratios in time.... In behalf on all my Partners, and considering his efforts, I think that each of us must thank much our Mr Gould. I don't know if, without his kind help, we should have been able to obtain this final payments, welcome for everybody but specially for our NIS Partners..... With this agreement, the final transfer-of-funds requests for each of the IA-96-03 Partners will be:

KIEV: 5,500 Euro; MOSCOW: 11,347.82 Euro; UPPSALA: 1,101 Euro; MILAN: 2,422 Euro.

I'll transmit the requests tomorrow-morning, to Brussels, via fast-mail, and copy by Fax. Thank you again to all my Partners/friends for their contributions.
