• UPDATED and QUALITY MACHINES (only trade-name Companies), that means:
• reliability of the Hardware Provider
• reliability of his Customers-List

• QUALITY of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS that is only possible by means of:
• reliability of the Software House
• degree of satisfaction of some well known customers using the same product
• established capacity to solve the customer's needs

• adhesion to some well known SEISMIC STANDARD FORMAT of the data

• GOOD and enough long POST-SALE SERVICES that means:
• fast and efficient technical assistance including:
• telephone consultancy
• Internet news
• technical interventions
• periodic check-up and/or updating
• spare parts availability
• proximity of the provider assistance Offices (in the City)
