next day after I passed the approved report to the administration, I received it back from Mr Gould asking for more justification on the spending of the remaining money. His argument is that according to the cooperation agreement this is not a fixed amount contract but an "up to", in this case up to 180.000 euro.
Could you please send me a letter justifying the spending of the remaining 10% of the grant.
